Can I Put the Upvotes on Reddit App on the Right Side
I but want the upvote and downward vote buttons on the correct side
Using the app i handed is basically impossible because I demand to get to the left about side of the screen just to upvote. Please let us reverse the order of the buttons then I can upvote on the right side

I'm with you. My telephone is a little on the large side. If I'm browsing 1 handed I can't really achieve the upper left at all, but I can run into everything fine, reach buttons I desire to accomplish, and like the layout as is.
An option seems ok, but I upwardly and down vote less often than I use the other buttons anyway.

Agreed, this is not a Relay problem. Relay should not exist blamed for this. I am correct handed and am able to use it simply fine on my 5" phone.

This is not a Relay trouble, this is a trouble with manufacturers' fixation on creating giant phone screens. I will never buy a phone more than 5" screen as phones with greater screen sizes are just not handy. I prefer to employ my phone one handed and my tiny hands prefer max 5".
